All repairs come with a 1-year warranty on the part installed from the date of service.
Cool Rays Comfort Club Members take advantage of a 2-year warranty on repairs.
Drain Cleanings are only warrantied for 30 days regardless of Membership status or existing Parts and Labor Warranty on a new system installation unless the drain line was also replaced by Cool Rays. If your drain line is shared with other units in a multi-family dwelling, Cool Rays cannot provide a warranty on any Drain Cleaning.
Work covered under a Cool Rays Parts and Labor Warranty will be performed with no Service Charge during standard business hours only. Comfort Club Members with active Membership status will pay the standard business hours Service Charge for Warranty calls performed after hours. Warranty work for clients without an active Comfort Club Membership will be subject to an after hours Service Charge.
Estimate pricing is guaranteed for 30-days unless a price increase beyond our control is enacted by our Distributor.

Portable AC units are a courtesy only available to clients waiting for a unit installation that is already approved by the client and on the Cool Rays schedule. If the client chooses to cancel their installation, they will be subject to fees for the rental of our portable AC unit, as well as its drop-off and pick-up.
Liquidated Damages Clause for Breach of Contract:
If Customer breaches the contract by canceling after Cool Rays has ordered equipment for the job, Customer agrees to pay 10% of the total contract price as liquidated damages for Customer’s unexcused breach of contract. The parties agree that: (1) this amount is not a penalty; (2) the exact amount of damages to Cool Rays due to Customer’s breach is incapable of calculation or is difficult to precisely estimate; and (3) 10% of the total contract price represents a reasonable estimate of damages incurred by Cool Rays due to Customer’s breach.
