Moving from Alabama to join Clayton and Robyn’s vision, Travis quickly made his mark with his commitment to exceptional service. A proud recipient of “Bobby,” a bird gifted by a grateful customer, Travis treasures moments like these that highlight the meaningful connections he builds. Outside of work, Travis enjoys sunny adventures, boating, fishing, and quality time with his fiancé Bailee as they await the arrival of their first child.

Justin is a dedicated service and installation technician at Cool Rays, combining technical expertise with a genuine care for customers. One of his proudest moments was helping an elderly customer with a simple repair after other companies attempted to take advantage—a testament to his integrity and compassion. Outside of Cool Rays, he enjoys fishing and approaches life with a commitment to finding the positive in people. His advice to homeowners is to stay on top of preventative maintenance, filter changes, and drain line upkeep to ensure longevity of your comfort system.
