About the Role
We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Office Administrator to manage daily HVAC office operations, coordinate schedules, and facilitate interdepartmental communication in a retail setting.
Key Responsibilities
Office Operations
- Oversee daily office operations supporting retail store functions
- Coordinate store meetings, vendor relations, and office correspondence
- Ensure adherence to company policies and retail compliance requirements
Inventory & Procurement
- Manage inventory records, purchase orders, and shipment tracking
Customer Service
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
Human Resources Support
- Handle payroll processing, employee scheduling, and timekeeping
- Support employee onboarding with training and administrative paperwork
Financial Administration
- Maintain sales reports, financial records, and store documentation
Marketing Support
- Contribute to marketing initiatives, promotions, and social media
Leadership Support
- Provide administrative support to store leadership on special projects
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Prior office administration, retail management, or customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale systems
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Solid organizational and time-management capabilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Retail operations and inventory management knowledge valued
