About the Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies for our HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and gas services. This role requires strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical capabilities to enhance brand visibility and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans tied to business goals
- Conduct market analysis to identify audiences and customer requirements
Campaign Management
- Design and oversee marketing initiatives across multiple platforms (digital, social, print)
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness and refine approaches
- Control marketing expenditures and resource distribution
Brand & Partnerships
- Lead brand strategy and development
- Cultivate relationships with internal and external partners
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work with sales and development teams on coordinated marketing efforts
- Track and communicate marketing performance data
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or equivalent field
- Minimum 5 years marketing or related professional experience
- Solid grasp of marketing concepts and methodologies
- Expertise with marketing analytics platforms and reporting software
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Leadership and team supervision experience
- Innovative problem-solving capability
- Must pass drug screening
