About the Role
We’re looking for skilled HVAC Retail Installers to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems while following safety protocols and assisting with customer consultations on system selection and energy efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Installation
- Install ductwork, including supply and return ducts, ensuring proper sizing, placement, and sealing
- Install refrigerant lines, condensate drains, and other piping components according to specifications
- Mount and secure HVAC equipment, such as air handling units, heat pumps, furnaces, and condensing units
Technical
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements
- Coordinate with tradespeople on construction sites
Safety & Compliance
- Maintain clean work areas
- Adhere to safety regulations and building codes
Requirements
- Minimum one year HVAC installation experience with EPA certification
- Valid driver’s license and clean MVR report
- Power tool proficiency
- Must pass drug screening and background check
- Ability to lift objects safely over 50 pounds, climbing, standing, and kneeling
- OSHA-compliant personal protective equipment use
- HVAC systems and component knowledge
- Blueprint and schematic reading ability
- Basic electrical and plumbing system understanding
