Who is eligible to enter?
The contest is open to legal residents of Florida who are 21 years of age or older and own a residential dwelling in one of the following counties: Volusia, Brevard, Indian River, or St. Lucie. Employees of Cool Rays Air Conditioning & Heating and their immediate family members are not eligible.
How do I enter the contest?
You can enter by completing the official entry form on this page. You may also receive an automatic entry by scheduling any qualifying Cool Rays Air Conditioning & Heating service appointment between April 1, 2026, and December 31, 2026. Limit one entry per person regardless of method.
When is the drawing?
The official drawing will take place on January 29, 2027. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the contest period. The winner will be notified directly by phone and/or email.
What appliances are included in the prize?
The grand prize is a complete kitchen appliance package consisting of a full-size Range, an Over-the-Range Microwave, a full-size Refrigerator, and a Dishwasher. Professional delivery and setup are included. The total package value is up to $5,000. Specific brands and models are subject to availability at time of fulfillment.
Can I enter more than once?
No. The contest is limited to one entry per person. Duplicate entries submitted by the same person will be disqualified. You may submit one online form entry OR receive one automatic entry through a qualifying service appointment — but not both.
Do I need to be a current Cool Rays customer to enter?
No — no purchase is necessary to enter or win. The contest is open to any eligible Florida homeowner in our service area, whether you're a longtime customer or have never used our services before. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
